Shade and Play Pty Ltd was established in March 2006 following the amalgamation of three separate businesses - Outdoor Lifestyles and Entertainment, Transportable Shade Sheds-NT and Territory Canvas Works.  

The three businesses were combined to streamline the business activities and improve administrative and operational efficiencies.

The company designs, manufactures, installs and repairs a range of shade structures and playground equipment for domestic and commercial markets.  

The company also distributes transportable shade structures, environmental storage sheds and a range of associated products on behalf of national manufacturers.
